The key to good hygiene is looking and smelling clean. This includes:
1) Brush uar teeth twice a day; Morning and evening,including gums and tongue

4) Change uar BedSheets and towels, clean ones at least once a week
5) Hold a tissue or Hankerchief over mouth when coughing or sneezing
